1. MCH Family Outreach
You will learn about the predominance of trauma in our society and how such experiences affect children's development.

2. The Children's Shelter 
The Children's Shelter offers:
Evidence-based parenting education using the Systematic Training for Effective Parent (STEP) curriculum. 
Begins: Wednesday, May 19, 2021, 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm 
Virtual Classroom
7 Weeks in length for one hour
Eligibility: Services are available for Bexar County caregivers with at least one child between the ages of 0-5.

FAYS Program: Strengthening Families

4. Are you a grandparent raising grandchildren or a Kinship Caregiver raising a relative? 
Please join us for our monthly virtual support meeting. 
We make referrals to: Legal services, food pantries, utility assistance, insurance providers, social service agencies, assist with Medicaid, TANF (Temporary assistance for needy families) SNAP, Counseling, Health, Child Behavior Issues, etc.
